In an Op-Ed letter to PorchDrinking.com today, Breckenridge Brewery and its parent company, Anheuser Busch's The High End, argue that they should be allowed to participate in the Colorado Brewers Guild and other state guilds.

After offering refunds for off flavors in its 2015 Bourbon County Brand Coffee Stout and Barleywine, Goose Island identified the cause of the tainted beers: Lactobacillus acetetolerans, a rare form of bacteria first classified in the 1980s.
