Regulators Seeing "Less Transparent" Attempts by Big Beer - A Seattle Case Study

You don't have to look very hard to find multiple examples of shady behavior by AB InBev similar to the ones described here. The laws apply to all brewers, large and small, and can trip up small brewers. However, while a $151,000 fine is nothing for AB InBev (and may well be considered a cost of doing business to them), it can be devastating to smaller brewers.

As frustrating as it can be, the solution suggested by Annie McGrath, the excutive director of the Washington Brewers Guild, seems to be the best: "Don't cheat and tear each other down; follow the rules and take down Big Beer."
