Earning beer certifications is an excellent way to communicate your team’s passion and knowledge for your beer. Developing a holistic certification training program and monitoring employee engagement and progress can be time-consuming.

I offer both standardized and bespoke training programs to meet your team’s certification goals, such as the Cicerone Certification Program and Beer Judge Certification Program.

  • "Jen's training on beer off-flavors and sensory evaluation with our staff was incredible. Her mastery of the subjects of beer, flavor and critical tasting combined with her approachability and dynamic way of presenting had our staff fully engaged and excited to learn from her. Our staff still talks about their experience with Jen and is proud to demonstrate the skills that she helped build in the team."

—Neil Callaghan, Beer Director, Brick Store Pub, Decatur, GA

  • In a city like Atlanta, where the craft beer community is tight-knit but resources for high-level education can be scarce, Jen is an absolute powerhouse. I’ve always looked up to her as a Master Cicerone, so when our staff and customers at both our Grant Park and West Midtown taprooms wanted to dive deeper into beer culture, she was the first person I called. Whether she was prepping folks for the rigors of the Cicerone tasting exam or teaching our team the fine art of the LUKR side-pull tap, Jen brought a level of professionalism and 'badass' expertise that is rare to find. She didn't just teach us about beer; she helped us build a more knowledgeable, passionate community.

-Sara Kazmer, Co-Owner, Elsewhere Brewing, Atlanta, GA

  • "At Good Word we have had LUKR taps since about 2019. We used them with varying levels of success over the years, and at times I’d actually pull them from service because of our own inconsistency. I reached out to Jen to come and train our staff. She had an incredible amount of knowledge, and practical use from her experience in the Czech Republic having been certified herself. She was extremely helpful and patient while guiding our entire team through the multiple styles of pouring. What she helped create was a group of engaged (cocktail focused) bartenders into passionate beer pourers. And I would highly recommend her for anyone needing training. She was also part of our MBAA training last year and gave an incredible talk on building and maintaining a sensory panel for brewers to better manage their QC programs."

—Todd DiMatteo, Owner & Head Brewer, Good Word Brewing & Public House, Duluth, GA

  • "Aroma: Explore the Wheel is a great way to focus in on one of our most important senses. I have been training on flavor and aroma for more than a decade and I still found real value and insights during Jen's presentation, even when we're covering topics I've been learning about for ages. This is a fantastic way to focus on aroma training and practice your sensory skills in a mindful way."

  • "This webinar had it all: an exciting sensory experience, detailed technical knowledge, sensory vocabulary building, and an incredibly knowledgeable and articulate guide through it all. I appreciated the structure of being able to experience the samples blind before knowing what they were. Would absolutely recommend these sessions for anyone looking to advance their sensory skills, knowledge, and vocabulary!"
