Under the Jenfluence Return & Refund Policy
The Under the Jenfluence return and refund policy is as follows:
There are no refunds on downloads.
For Aroma: Explore the Wheel:
Full refunds are available on Aroma: Explore the Wheel webinar-only purchases if requested before the scheduled webinar date and time. No refunds are available for webinar-only purchases after the scheduled webinar date and time.
Full refunds are available for an Aroma: Explore the Wheel full order in the following circumstances:
Duplicate purchase of an already purchased Aroma: Explore the Wheel full order.
Refund is requested before the Aroma: Explore the Wheel box ships
If Aroma: Explore the Wheel box has shipped, a full refund is only available within 30 days of purchase AND the box is returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged.
In such cases, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Aroma: Explore the Wheel boxes that arrive damaged or with broken or missing vials may request a replacement of damaged pieces.
For purposes of this policy, Aroma: Explore the Wheel “full order” means the purchase of an Aroma: Explore the Wheel webinar with aroma vials.
For full refunds, customers may request a store credit for the full purchase price or a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping cost.
After receipt of the undamaged, unopened item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Funds received will be sent to your original method of payment.

Proof of purchase is required.
