Real Ale
A beer brewed from traditional ingredients, matured by secondary fermentation in the container from which it is dispensed, and served without the use of carbon dioxide.
The Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) originally organized in 1971 as the Campaign for the Revitalisation of Real Ale and coined the term "real ale." CAMRA is a UK-based consumer organization that advocates for the selling of cask-conditioned "real ale."
